Top officials from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) are scheduled to visit Burma next week to witness the situation in Burma, according to South Korean news agency Arirang.

 

 

 

The ASEAN Chairmanship and Secretary-General of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) are scheduled to hold talks with the Commander-in-Chief of the Burmese Armed Forces, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, the statement said.

Top Asean officials are planning to visit Burma amid calls for stronger dialogue and a more practical implementation of the five agreements reached during the ASEAN Special Meeting on Burma.
