In Mandalay, NLD supporters raided motorcycles, The car campaign was held on September 24.

Hundreds of motorbikes wearing NLD-branded T-shirts and party flags drove around Mandalay, chanting party victory songs from their vehicles.

Similarly, tricycle riders in Mandalay marched in front of the Mandalay General Hospital in support of the NLD, wearing NLD-branded shirts and waving party flags.

The group of tricycles also numbered in the hundreds. Vehicles and tricycles also visited NLD victory offices in townships.

At a time when the COVID-19 virus is on the rise, there has been criticism on Facebook of public outcry.

Currently, around 200 people are infected with COVID-19 in Mandalay Region and those who are infected daily, raising concerns among Mandalay residents about the campaign rallies.
